The building plays upon the deliberate contrast between outside and inside insisted upon by the brief by creating an intimate and refreshing green courtyard enclosed within a forbidding, grey masonry facade. All indoor spaces to conduct business enjoy the light, air and views from this central garden while being cut off from the chaotic construction site by the exterior walls.
